  • DRC:  Day Reporting Center (Johnson City)–JPC prepares and serves a homemade lunch to 50 participants in this substance abuse prevention /skill training program. Volunteers can prepare food, serve food, or both.  2nd Monday of the month, 11am-1pm serving, food prepared by 10am

  • UKIRK (ETSU):  JPC prepares and serves dinner to approx 15 students at the Holston Presbytery Campus Ministry House. Volunteers can prepare food, serve food, or both. Serve time 6pm two times a quarter.

    • Community Garden (Jonesborough):  Fresh food grown and harvested for JAMA Food Pantry. We meet at West Hills Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoons starting at 4pm from mid-March to October. We usually work for an hour or a little more. Even if you cannot come every week, we can use your help! Delivery of the food is Thursday morning.

    • JAMA Food Pantry (Jonesborough): JPC volunteers pack food boxes for distribution to Washington County families in need of food assistance. Our regular Thursday distribution is the 4th Thursday of the month from 9am-12 noon.  We also have volunteers working every Wednesday from 10-12 collecting food donations, and every other Tuesday at noon for Food City donations. Volunteers are welcome at all times.

    • Appalachia Service Project: JPC volunteer teams assist in local projects providing home repair and replacement for rural Appalachian low-income families.
