- Group Member Registration & Forms: Group members must "join" our group online and sign their Trip Agreement & Medical Forms electronically in advance of the trip date using the following link. For our “trip” on 11/15/2025 our group number is 16683.

- All volunteers age 19+ are required to have background checks. Prior volunteers we assume already have those. If you need one, please follow the link provided by ASP https://www.ministryopportunities.org/ASPAppPay. Background checks are good for 3 years. The cost is $16, and if you save your confirmation, you will be reimbursed. Please forward the information to office@jpcusa.org. DRC: Day Reporting Center (Johnson City)–JPC prepares and serves a homemade lunch to 50 participants in this substance abuse prevention /skill training program. Volunteers can prepare food, serve food, or both. 2nd Monday of the month, 11am-1pm serving, food prepared by 10am

UKIRK (ETSU): JPC prepares and serves dinner to approx 15 students at the Holston Presbytery Campus Ministry House. Volunteers can prepare food, serve food, or both. Serve time 6pm two times a quarter.

Community Garden (Jonesborough): Fresh food grown and harvested for JAMA Food Pantry. We meet at West Hills Baptist Church on Wednesday afternoons starting at 4pm from mid-March to October. We usually work for an hour or a little more. Even if you cannot come every week, we can use your help! Delivery of the food is Thursday morning.

JAMA Food Pantry (Jonesborough): JPC volunteers pack food boxes for distribution to Washington County families in need of food assistance. Our regular Thursday distribution is the 4th Thursday of the month from 9am-12 noon. We also have volunteers working every Wednesday from 9-11 am collecting food donations, and every other Tuesday at 9:00 am for Food City donations. Volunteers are welcome at all times.

Appalachia Service Project: JPC volunteer teams assist in local projects providing home repair and replacement for rural Appalachian low-income families.
