Property Ministry Team Responsibilities
The property team is responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds.
They are responsible for property management. They hire and manage the cleaning crew, lawn maintenance crew, and other contractors as may be required.
They make recommendations for major improvements and present them to the Session.
